  • Please do bacon using other animals other than pigs... I have heard that you can make bacon using lamb and also duck... please do this I hate pork but somehow “miss” bacon... I have flavourtoxatosis to pork - it always tastes rancid whenever I try to eat it but I still remember enjoying it as a very young child. I wish that there were more products that I could buy to use instead- I can not use most “vegan” alternatives as I am allergic to many products they use in “mock meats”

  • A tip from my mom for making any sandwich with toasted bread (especially a grilled cheese), toast BOTH sides, preferably after buttering both sides of the bread. Absolute game changer for grilled cheese, I'm sure it would be awesome with this BLT

  • Garlic bacon's the best bacon. Dunno what that prog powder was, but it's not needed. I used salt, garlic. Lasted for weeks, and then you can freeze it.
